How do I encourage my parents that staying in a Senior Home is good for them without feeling neglected. What should I tell them?
Senior garden is a home-style living environment with healthcare services. E.g.: regular physician visits, 24 hours nurse and low density.
Family members will be constantly informed regarding their parents progress and be kept involved.
Family members are encouraged to visit as often as possible. If possible, bring them for family events and outings too.
What are the services? in house doctors, health education, wound dressing, cannulation and infusion therapy, injection of medication, ryle tube/PEG tube feeding, tracheostomy suction, stoma care. Facilities: 5 meals a day, CCTV surveillance, 24 hours nursing care, wheelcare friendly, basic physiotherapy equipments, indoor garden, individual toilets in each rooms, good ventilated rooms and space.
What kind of rooms do we have? We have 3 types of room : 2 bedded, 3 bedded and hospital bedded rooms. All room have individual bathroom attached with fan, air cond, window and good ventilation.
Why is Senior Garden good for my parents?
Care - from doctors and nurses. Most procedures can be perform by the bed without requiring residents to travel to a doctor

Should I bring my parents for a site visit? Yes, they need to be comfortable with the environment and show them that it is safer and enjoyable for them to be in Senior Garden where they will be taken cared of and spend their leisure time with our friendly staffs and friends.
